Shippping & Returns
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.
*Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- All orders are processed from our headquarters in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
- All domestic linen and cotton orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of order.
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 48-72 hours
- All domestic online orders carry free shipping
- For express deliveries, please contact our representative via call, email, WhatsApp and they will advise you on the additional charges based on your geographical location.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- All orders are processed from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
- All international orders are processed and dispatched within 10-14 business
- For international orders, a flat fee of USD 40 is charged depending on the currency chosen
- Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
- Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery
TRACKING AND DELIVERY:
- Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
MODES OF PAYMENT:
- For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
- For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), as well as payments, vide PayPal and PayU (third party payment gateways).
- Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in the Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:
Please note that we do a thorough quality check before dispatching the garment.
- Any product on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For returns/exchange of items that are not on sale - A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
- In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 14 days for a different size or a *credit note. Store credits are valid for 6 Months. Please note store credits once expired can not be extended further.
- Please note item is eligible for a store credit only twice and size exchange only once against any order ID.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

- We do not provide returns/exchanges on customized products.
- Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange: any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product or is returned without the original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
